Hello Ali,
We recognize the area of dry, brown hills, but the building shown here is new to us. It is perfectly reflected in the calm water of the pool, and so is the tree next to it. The photo is well exposed on a fairly grey day, with fine tones seen among the clouds.

Another view from this attractive location. I like the decorative facade of this structure. The reflection made it more interesting. A little bit more sunshine would make a big difference I think.
