Dear Mohsen,
The colors and compo of this frame are very good and the contrast is just fine.Bravo.I think u should have photoshop'd a dark cloudy object in the left.TFS.
Dadash dastet dorost ,damet garm ,montazere akshaye baadit hastam.
P.S I really like the title.

Hi Mohsen,
I thought the title 'Sin City' was reserved for Las Vegas!
The colours here are really nice and the silhouette of the buildings, water tower (?), and landscape create a nice contrast.
I was thinking, though, that it may look better if some of the bottom of the image was cropped. It would remove some of the excess darkness at the bottom of the pic and gives the opportunity to create a 'rule of thirds' for the proportions of landscape and sky.
Apart from that, I think this is excellent work.
I've done a workshop to show what I mean. I hope you approve...
