This is an excellent shot. The long exposure has a superb effect on moving water. Your composition is great with nice sharpness and detail. The lighting and colors are fine as well.

Adam,
Actually, everyone seems to like the sky from the previous version and I agree with that bit but the foreground in this version is better resolved in my opinion. The larger stone gives it more strength and the focus is better I guess based on less rushing water.
