At least they're kind of trying to put it in the bin...amazing...another great one from you Radek...fantastic timing...you are still one of the most original photographers on TE in my book - you really ought to send this to the city council or the newspapers or let them know how Cardiff is presenting itself to the world........

...I made a couple of books of images from around a particular area of the city of Leicester some years ago (nearly twenty years ago!!) for the co-ordinator of various residents associations....the images were used to put pressure on them to get them to put right a whole host of problems...within a few weeks they were out there with teams of workers and equipment working on the things I'd photographed....the power of photography.....and timing...the co-ordinator knew they would have underspent budgets near the year end and that presssure at the right moment would get results.....

If there's anything disgusting here in your image about behaviour it's to do with the commercial aspects and local authorities...people are trying to conform with expectations.....

in defense of that "guilty hand" i have to say that the bin was full to more than the brim and i guess the ones nearby must have been just as full so it up to che city's administration to do something about it (bigger bins? more bins?). T least he threw his rubbish next to the bin, which implies his intentions were good, if not he could've thrown them just wherever he was.

Anyway, good interesting and original shot, good jopb that keep the hand anonymous, and that you catch it right in the perfect moment. Well done!!
