Photographer's Note
Buchaille Etive Mor - one of the most popular objects on postcards from Scottish Highland. It is often considered one of the most spectacular and beautiful places in Scotland. There is plenty of shots on TE of this characteristic pyramid which you can see in the background so I decided to post my own point of view as well.
This shot shows the other wonderful place in Sco which is Glen Etive. It`s the hidden valley in the background. Lovely area...
Hope the shot is not too dark on your screen and you like it!

Hello Patrick,
Une trθs jolie photo avec de belles couleurs chaudes ΰ l'avant plan et une superbe perspective qui ouvre la vue sur l'horizon.
De beaux reflets dans cette eau limpide.
Un tout bon pov et cadrage.
Best regards
Denise

Hi Patryk,
Wonderful "Highland Garden", that is, cultivating British keenness for details in the scheme and the rough Scottish character in the materials, texture, tones, mood.
I think I've been wandering near that same pond in July, during a rainy noon car halt. Not sure though, since the blurred vision that longed has nothing in common with the neatness of yours.
THX, F'
PS; if you're still wondering where on earth, on Skye, lies the paradise for Photography as seen by Lucie (lucinka), it's the Quiraing, Trotternish (Northern peninsula). I have posted a view, far uglier than hers, but, well?...:)

Wonderfull shot! Like very much of the colour game with the reds and the greens and the water course leading the eye to the mountains. The shot is contrasty and sharp.
Everybody should do the "Calibration check" in the end of the page, that way nobody could say it is too dark. Personally I like deep shadows and think the exposure is spot on.

Hi,
A very fine shot indeed with great colour and composure.
Do I imagine or is the vegetation creeping closer to the Waterslide Slab this year? Maybe a sign on the weather change? Thanks.
Dougie.
