Photographer's Note
Dear TE friends: Now I will begin a new approach start view to my old analog captures in my few holidays and mainly my travel work moments past voyages by my depent IT Manager activity that was linked to mainly European Towns and Countries and also to Holidays in North Africa.
IMPORTANT Note: This not a disturbing digital Edinburgh Picture after scanning, but is at first a Start approach for a new not so old pictures by analog and captures by my view of a great Town and Place world to capture and show. Here you have my artistic view only a start and the others posts in future would be more real.
Here I give you the near Local where I took this picture that I give you in a Google Map view capture with a reference CAMERA Green ICON in my WORKSHOP information here: Link
For a similar tendency shot in my past pictures you can see this one in the same 180 degrees rotation perspective and way for posting here: Link
This one was taken at my birthday date 20th May at Edinburgh in Scotland at 2003 Year with a analog Simple Camera and now I scanned with a EPSON Perfection 2580 Photo to show my Print version with a digital final view near the surroundings of Edinburgh Castle with a grey, brighty and hazzy weather time after dinner.
I would like in your critiques or coments that you make me a sharing reference in these important matters that I explain next:
First of all: Make really you have no problem about criticism, coments and answers to the right question, because this is important for me, also you have no problems and the Really BIG problem sometimes is for shy or don't share with other TE Members. The world is world, so kept your sharing world!
SO, my really answer:
1) Did you consider a good scanned picture.
2) This is the real picture of a water reflection of the surrounding Castle Water Lagoon Park.
3) Dont't mind, this a post from me and moment at Edinburgh.
Be free to share and also my friendly sharing works and critiques to you all. Now, after friendly world critiques my TE friend EMILE with simple words fits all as also some in other others previous and present coments have the real view.
OTHER Information: Scanned image and taken after Midday with a few of PP and a add of a little of HUE and contrast. It was Filtered with Neatimage in part for reduction and the final resulting scanned process.
PS: Filtered scanning and reduction resulting picture for post. So, thanks for you attention and understanding.
Now I will exchange Azores Series and other future posts with my rememberings of European countries and also other places and moments. Here we have a nice world European Town and sureally a place to visit.
Also near this local, the great LOCKNESS with a friendly monster that I didn't see :-)))

Ricardo

Hi Fernando,
This is an incredible reflection. I’m glad you scanned it for us. Personally originality is to my of more importance than technical quality. Not everybody has the money to buy the best camera. But technical instructions and tips of course are always welcome.

Hi Fernando, I like your exploration spirit. I like the idea. I am not sure this is a reflection picture. I have to rotate it 180 degree to enjoy it. I do think you did a good job to result the nice quality of the scanned picture.

I thought it was up and down and could not beleieve it :-))
Its up and dow. The up departure is sat on the upper part of the frame and that is a good idea, for other parts I have a lot of difficulties to read it not finding points to fix and holding the landscape or anay convergence point for the eye!
Sorry

A refelction Fernando?
I could hgave sworn that it was an upside down photo. I guess because the water is so calm, so flawless. But I like how you left just enough of the real world in the corner there that we can eventually figure out that its a reflection.

Bonjour mon ami Fernando,
Merci Fernando !! ;o))
Idée originale, mais très surprenante.
Amitiés.

Hi Fernando,
Yes, I like this shot very much. What is so amazing is that the refelction is divided into two distinct parts. A most successful scan. The clarity and artistic presentation are first rate. This is definitely a keeper, Fernando. Well captured and presented.

Hola Fernando.
I thought at the beginning that the picture was up side down, that this wasn't a reflection and I think I'm right, the picture is rotated 180 degrees. Look my WS and tell me if this is correct. You did a very good work with your scanned picture, very well done.

The reflection is clear and a bit startling, Fernando, for I can see no evidence of water anywhere! I like this effect. The colors and tones work well, too. Scans are very difficult to get right, but this one worked nicely, I think.

As a scan it is fine (the sky looks a little purple though) - the unconventional view certainly makes a change too :)

Aha, nice change :-D Nice would have been if suddenly, the monster of Loch Ness would've popped its head out of the water ;-) Good sharpness in this one!
Best regards to you,

Hi Fernando! I had to tilt my laptop 180 deg to have a clearer view of your photo, LOL! Very clever! I'm amazed with the sharpness and clarity of your shot. Next time, make it easier for us, will you? :) TFS! rgds.
