K1 engine Lord Of The Isles leaving Goathland Station on the Nort Yorks Moors railway.TV and Film watchers will probably reciognise this as Aidensfield station in Heartbeat and also as I found out off Feathers post today this is also Platform 9 3/4 from the Harry Potter films.For me it is just a gorgeous location to take photos of my favourite subject

Another great steam train shot from you. Good diagonal setting, nice green and brown tones of spring. And engine so shiny. British really take care of their heritage.
The light diagonal lines on the engine have sawtooth shape, which I guess is a result of slight oversharpening.

Can't find anything wrong with this one. You must have been one of those people in the way of traffic on the road bridge to take this.

I see you like the antique trains.
I'm sure you know all of these would be excellent in black and white.
You really have to love black and white as a medium.
It's a whole 'nother world, it is.

I apoloize for the delay in replying to you. I was on duty for two weeks, so I barely had time to post critiques myself. Now I am more or less up to speed with Treklens. I am now attacking TE. Be careful ! Since I am now enjoying some time off, critiques are following. Points may follow later, as I could run short of points rapidly.
I like your POV. Wonderful ambiance. I can see Hagrid walking on the dock on a cool misty and foggy night welcoming young studing for their final leg of their journey to Hogwarth.
