Photographer's Note

The nursery or children's room at Lanhydrock House, close to Bodmin in Cornwall.

I find it fascinating to visit stately homes/houses and take in some of the history of the place.
Some places feel very homely whilst others I sense would be less welcoming.

Lanhydrock House has a lovely homely feel.

Lanhydrock House was devastated by fire in 1881, but after restoration and redecoration it became a happy family home to the Agar-Robartes family. Thomas Charles and his wife Mary raised a large family here.

Now owned and maintained by the National Trust.

Two more shots in the workshop.
I hope that everyone is keeping safe and well.

Thanks for looking.
