Photographer's Note
the images of cranes popping up everywhere and the sheer scale of the construction sites crammed into very limited space is what most impressed me during this visit to London - I don't think I have visited any part of London without spotting a building site of considerable size.
I was visiting the Chelsea Flower Show the day after the Manchester attack and although the presence of both police or army was not extremely visible, the tension in crowded areas and locations was indeed tangible.

Hello Cristina,
How's that I'm the first to comment this amazing abstract composition from London?
Excellent capture and the BW conversion works well as always!
Best Wishes,
Gy.

Hello Cristina
I thought you'd gone for good! Glad you're back. Your last three posts from London, taken last month, are all minor classics, and all about form, pattern, texture. I think this is my favourite, even though it's the "busiest" in terms of composition. The subtle warm sepia toning is a delight too for those of us who love monochrome. Just for the record, and although it's in colour, here's my take on the same structure.
Regards
Will

Hi Cristina
Welcome back on TE!
I was 2 days in London at the end of May, I saw this but from the nothern bank of the Thames. Cranes are seen everywhere in this area. Good mix of the straight and curves lines. I was in Manchester during the London attack!!!
Cheers
