Mussenden Temple - Co Londonderry
This is a small circular building located on cliffs near Castlerock, high above the Atlantic Ocean on the north-western coast of Northern Ireland.
It was built in 1785 and forms part of the estate of Frederick Augustus Hervey, Bishop of Derry and 4th Earl of Bristol. Built as a library and modelled on the Temple of Vesta in Italy, it is dedicated to the memory of Hervey's cousin Frideswide Mussenden.

Allτ Stephen!
Emilius

Hello, You really captured such lovely light in this photo. The lovely color and glow in the rocks and the castle are so lovely and realy captured my attention. Wonderful POV that leads the eye deep into the picture.
Thank you for being a part of Trekearth,

I love the composition of your works in general and this one is no exception. It does look somewhat over saturated to me and that does detract from the overall effect somewhat, In particular the greens looks too bright. The whole image 'wound back a couple of notches' would be right up there with the rest of your images.

Hello Stephen!
Wonderful HDR . POV is excellent. The distance between the foreground (rocs) and horizontal line gives super 3D effect.

I like very much these colors, they are typical of the approaching sunset, the "golden hour" so useful. Wondeful POV, well positioned the temple and the perspective line of the shore.

Hi Stephen,
I loved a lot this place when I've been there more than 2 years ago. The POV you chose is excellent and shows us the monument in its natural wonderful environment. You caught a great golden light. The effect on water down the cliffs is very nice. Very beautiful sky too. An excellent shot again !
Thanks for sharing,
Olivier

Hi again Stephen!
Beautifully composed, and obviously the "right moment" for this shot, with such wonderful light. The light caught in the grass and moss is a bonus! Superb! Warm regards,
Steve

hi Stephen
I really loved this placed when I visited, both the temple and well preserved ruin of the house as well. A beautiful place, and you have captured it great here with the sun lighting up the temple and making it glow. Beautiful work.
Cheers
