Photographer's Note
Earth Energy Ballykeel Dolmen
Photographed under a starry sky a ring of fire encircles the Ballykeel Dolmen like an energy field. Most of these ancient megalith sites have a very positive energy about them and this was the effect I was trying to captured here.. In the dark I heard behind me the most unnerving noise only to discover it was a Pony in a nearby field. Not really worried (at this site) about the deceased or dark fairies I may awaking. If they are aware I am sure they looked on in bemusement. Its the locals I would not want to alarm in case they thought I was up to no good!
Anyhow, this little dolmen, just over 7 km south west of the village of Camlough in South Armagh, stands at one end of the remains of its cairn rubble in a small enclosure.

Steve!
Hope all is well! This is dreamy, technically perfect and so cool.
Glad you didn't disturb the locals or wake any dark fairies with this. It's a great capture!
Don't be a stranger, okay?
Hugs,
Linda

Hi Stephen
Very nice picture with a very good exposure. I like this experimental light you have added to give the full scope of the emotions you felt this night. This is well done and it is courageous too. Originality does not seem very popular on TE. I wish you a lot of success with this image and I hope you'll try other things in the near future. Thank you for sharing.

Hello, very interesting night shot. I am trying to figure out how you captured the light around the stones. Could it be with a lantern? You rnotes do not say. Anyways, I really like the night sky you captured. Nice brightness from flash and good color in the rocks. It really shows how much time and thought you put into each one of your photos.

Karen
