Photographer's Note
Well for this shot of the "eye" it didnt take much for the composition, it was already perfect!
i just walked to the end of the road, looked up and clicked!
I like this picture very much, practically no PP, only resizing.
There are many other pictures of the eye, so im not going to tell you all about it, because im sure most people already know, and im not here to bore people!
I just hope you like this shot of a much photographed landmark, i think i have found an original viewpoint here, what do you peeps think?
Critiques and workshops very welcome as always!

Yes, that's a very fine view of the eye, and don't do yourself down. It's a great PoV for it, and you still had to spot it. Nice work.

I love this photo. The way the eye is framed by the blue lights looks kind of magical. p.s. London isn't in Yorkshire

Yes, always good to find an original POV and you surely did just that here, Steven. Very nice how the Eye emerges from the blue decorative lights, and all the illuminations look fine against the dark sky. Good job on this one.

Hi Steven!
A refreshingly different view of this landmark, and excellent use of the lights in the trees as a frame, almost symmetrical! Great exposure to not over expose anything. Good work!
Compliments,
Steve

This shot stopped me in my tracks, it's great. I really like the way that the blue lights at the top of the trees curve around like the wheel. Great PoV.

I really like the way the blue lights go all the way around to the top of the sides. I was not familiar with this landmark before. Thank you for the great shot.

Hi Steven, This is a beautiful shot. Reading the title and look at the picture, I thought that it is an eye for a while,.. until I read your notes. A festival mood of London with the eye. A well seen and well captured original shot. Congrats to the excellent shot.

Good abstract photo, it reminds me of Christmas lights. I wouldn't have guessed it was the London Eye if you hadn't said. Well seen.

This is a very nice viewpoint you have there! ;)
Very good framing, I probably should have done the same. And no noise in the black area, good job!!
