Photo was taken in The Glamorgan County Council Staff Club near the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff after a rugby match. There are always 2 or 3 guest bitters or ales from local small breweries. Beer is always cheap and delicious.
I think this woman was explaining something, gesticulating wildly.
