Maciej,
1st...the content...that is just shocking and gross. Currently living in Singapore I haven't seen anything like that in a few months...but that it comes from the streets of a so called developed country is pretty shameful
2nd - the picture ....interesting moment captured and I think it works that a couple of them are looing right at you. Between you and the other Maciej I would think taking these late night shots could be dangerous. I'm glad neither of you have been thumped by one of these characters

Heh quite an amusing street scene here Maciej, great sharpness and colour considering the time of night it was taken. At least the people were nice enough to leave their rubbish next to the bin.

Yeah it's disgusting, but at least people throw their garbage in roughly the same spot. I don't know how long you've been in Cardiff, but that's pretty much the way it's been for many years or at least as far back as I can remember. I second the motion for trying to get these published to get the Cardiff City Council to do something about it!

Oh well, this is the true side of a very wasteful society and it happens all over the UK, try taking a train ride and see all the cr*p people throw over onto the railways land from their houses.
