Hello Jeff.
Very surreal imagery.
Composition looks complicated but very good, lots of factors have participated to make this shot.
At first I would say the building is very disturbing due to the way it is tilted, but the way the lines in the ground add up, it just fits perfectly.
Lighting conditions look quite good as well, very nice "stars" with the lightposts.
Colours are not very varied, but then again to have captured colours this sharply in a nighttime shot makes up for that.

Jeff, I like the wonky perspective and the building looks very avant-garde (see... I do speak a bit of Welsh!) However, I think I'd have cropped in on it a little more as it's a bit lost in all the darkness. If you take the light at top left out, it seems to improve the composition (in my opinion). However, overall, nice shot. Paul.
