Photographer's Note
This picture was taken looking east at sunset on the Scottish side of the Solway coast between Sandyhills bay and Southerness. We are quite lucky in Scotland as we are often blessed with sunsets of this nature as we get the clouds you see! When these are mixed with a rich sun, we get that! This picture was an early one taken by my father with the old fishing nets in sillhouette.

Hola, amigo...(brrrr studying Spanish right now...:))
It is good picture, Andy. I'm sure if more people opened it from thumbnail view they would comment. It is just what makes people open it - if they know you and wait a blast from you or if there sight is catched with anything - fun or expressivbe note, amazing colours (you can't see all gems like contrast or composition or true perfect quality in tn view)...so don't worry, you know i'm very frank (even not everybody like it)...good work here and best regards to your father - he is creative and artistic persone, also very lucky - having such a passionate about fathers honour son :)
Nice colours and what i llllike here is smooth texture of sky, Scotland is beautiful place, sjould visit one day :)

Great sky giving an excellent sunset behind an interesting silhouette that certainly balances the composition. ALthough is the horizon wonky a little!
