I really like the nice misty feel that you have captured in this photo. Good reflections on the sea creating a silvery affect. Good composition with the rocks in the foreground. Very well taken.
I was in Jersey in 1968, St. Hellier, and it is a lovely island.

Nice backlight giving the sea fine reflections without bleeding out. I like how the line of islands at the Corbiere forms a line in almost the same angle as the land in the foreground.
I have La Corbiere on the wall here. It is in my small collection of really cheap souvenirs. I was on Jersey in 1992 and I found a used up phone card from Jersey Telecom on the ground. It had a pritty picture of La Corbiere on it and at home I put it in a cheap frame and hanged it on the wall just for fun.

Great use of low light and not-so-perfect weather. It really adds to the shot.
