Photographer's Note
These are the arches around Queen's College in Oxford taken one summer evening during a science conference. Most of the conference participants were downstairs in the college pub having Guiness :). The scientific posters in the hallway (visible against the red boards) were 'remnants' of sobriety of that one evening.

It's a great shot, with a very intersting scene.
It's a little bit too small, I guess because of the cropping, so we cannot see too many details. Really like to see a bigger one.

This is a fascinating view of a very familiar sight (I am a member of The Queen's College!). I disagree though with avigur_11 - I think perhaps it needs even more cropping from the top so that the arches are central.
