Photographer's Note

Dunstanburgh Castle dominates this lonely stretch of Northumberland coast. Once it was one of the grandest castles of northern England. Dates from the early 14th Century and protected on two sides by cliffs and sea. Although a ruin now it is still beautiful and a great reminder of Englands history.
