Photographer's Note
A longer shot of the subject of my last post, this shows the main entrance and belfry of Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. Designed by Sir Frederick Gibberd in the Modern style, the building is known to the locals as "Paddy's Wigwam."

I understan the nickname, the first thing that crossed my mind was that it it a concrete totem. your picture is very well planned with the stairs going up from the corners. And in such a case a stiff centered composition works since this seems to just that kind of architecture. Good job Andy!

Very nice shot. The central alignment and the tower with a crown like top really promote a sense of authority. The stairs leading up to the cathedral add to that more so. In this way the shot is very dynamic and it draws me in so that I want to go up those stairs. Very nicely done.

Very nice angle which show the top and the bottom, the B&W colors made the details much clear and better,, and the framing is the best .. well done Andy

Stunning arquitecture Andy! This beautiful place was wonderfuly captured here, giving it a well equilibrated image, with the stairs giving it a good depth. Nice work :)
