Second in the series. Not a very strong shot but it does at least have two strong elements from London, the Underground sign and in the background is the Citigroup tower taken on Canary Wharf. Again the shallow dof is on purpose.

A very thoughtful composition from you again. The angle of view works very well and I like the sharp different in contrast between the two parts of the image. Excellent tones.

Hi Mark, I like the tilt approach so as to have the post of the sign precisely at the corner... excellent dof work to get superb sharpness on the sign.. thanks for sharing this shot, which surely can be used for ads or brochures of the Tube... regards, Daniel

Hi Mark,
Stronger than you might think imho, the red popping out the light grey dominant really kills, and the framing is dynamic pointing to a repetition (though shy) of that red in the far end, effective. It's actually rare that I write I like a tilted picture.

Hi Mark - I actually think this is quite a strong shot. Like others have said the red and blue really stand out on the grey. I think you've done an excellent job on the comp and really appreciate the tilt as well. I like tilted photographs (that are done well ofcourse). Rgds, Leilani

I like this one very much.In the same style like your previous one but in the way to see the modern architecture under a different look.The diagonal frame is perfect and the the sign of the underground is great color point to contrast the the monochrome of the buildings.Very well seen!

I think you have done an admirable job and the London Tube sign is well known around the world. I am not so familiar with the Citi Group building but it does show the presence of the multi nationals in London as one would expect being that Citi Group is based in New York.

i like the very strong tilt and the graphism with the round sign of the underground. The flashy colours in comparison to the blue tones of the buildings.

Hi Mark.
Another creative shot with well known London symbols. Great work with the DOF, and good dynamic effect from the tilt. The colours of the logo really stand out against the grey blur behind. I like that little bit of bare tree in there too, adding a touch of brown and some randomly disposed shapes and lines.

Beautiful play on DOF here, on contrasts and on saturation. For sure you have a very good equipment but i guess you applied here some PP ... and on purpose.

Mark, this is the best of the bunch of the ones you have posted since I last visited your gallery. I think the composition and the angle is brilliant. Really like the sharpness on the Underground sign and the way the angles of the building top align with the shot.
