Excellent shot of this runner!
You posted the first TE snap of the 2007 edition of tour de France! Good on you!
I guess it must have been chaos in London for the day with a total gridlock of the areas covered by the race.
A longer note would have been top. Do you know who is this runner? and was he heading the race?
