Photographer's Note
In AD 597 missionaries from Rome converted the king of kent to christainity. Augustine, leader if the mission, was consecrated as Archbishop and his cathedra ( offical seat) was established at Canterbury. The Cathedral has been the seat of the Archbishop of canterbury ever since.
The windows were my favourite subjects and being able to have photo permission ( which you can buy for £2GBP ) is well worth it to take shots in and around the Cathedral. Some of the windows dating from C.1180. I have so many other shots but this one was my favourite, may post others later on.

My judgment is maybe biased by my interest in
(old)churches and everything related. But I find
this pic beautiful.
Compliments!
