Photographer's Note
As you might have guessed I revsited the snow photos lately!
This is a photo I took during THE snow day in one of the Gloucester's main roads. The steel fence looking object is a huge artwork. I was photographing the fence and shopper was an "accident"!.
Although it has been a fairly cold winter it did not snow as much as it could last winter not on the South West anyway.

Hello Aleks,
All of a sudden you have become so very active here again. I like that. This is another remarkable photo where it seems you accidentally captured "the ghost of winter". I love the contrast between the heavy, dark "fence" and the blurred ghost-like shopper This is a very smart and artistic photo, cleverly done, and I really like it.

nice perspective of the railing, enhanced by the snow which gives details onthe shape. A ghost is coming to you, umbrela in hand to protect from her the falling snow we can see in te sky.

Fascinating shot, Aleks, and cleverly converted; leaving the shopper in color increases the blur effect to a degree, which gives the figure a kind of ethereal feel. I like the pattern of the fence, your original subject, as well. Thanks!

Hi Aleks. Another experimental shot even if it's by accident. Eerie effect and somewhat enigmatic if one doesn't read your note and is left wondering what does menacing curves represent. Best wishes. Klaudio.
