Photographer's Note
In yesterday's post, I mentioned the uniqueness of Charles Street with its brightly painted terrace houses. Well Wyndham Street is more traditional and in keeping with most of the other streets in this part of the City of Brighton in East Sussex, England. Running north from the seafront these Grade II listed terraced houses were built in the early 19th century and are quite highly sort after.

Hello Brian,
If ever I need to sell my house, I shall commission you to come and take photographs of it first!
Again, the light on 1st March was kind to you but you have also captured it masterfully. The composition is perfect, even down to the mundane yellow lines at the kerbside and the lamppost and the lighting on the faηade of these terraced houses is beautiful. Lovely colours and stunning detail and sharpness.
This also shows (as do all of your pictures) evidence of meticulous processing work. Not only is it technically perfect but the verticals "lean in" just the right amount. It is fairly simple to correct verticals to be exactly vertical but that gives an unnatural look and distorts perspective. You have here left just the right amount of lean to give a natural and pleasing appearance.
Wonderful!
Kind Regards,
John.

Caio again Brian,
Fantastic photograph! It has beautiful colors and great clarity. The point of view and aspect ratio are spot on. The depth of field is wonderful and the colors are great. Bravo!!

Hi Brian
The perfect moment of a perfect day for this kind of shot. The light is low and not too hard, just soft enough to capture the textures on these facades. Fine work!

Hi Brian,
Another good streetscape in the same vein as the previous upload but without the vibrant color. It does however have some potplants out the front. Fantastic lighting with the scalloped shapes of the townhouses adding alternating light & shadow. Tfs!

Good Morning Brian,
No wonder they are sought after, they are well-maintained, beautifully period and in a lively seaside town. You have shown them to advantage with the light bathimg their facades - and all credit to your light management. The composition is strong, with tha f/g triangle, and the f/g bow window and lampost book-ending the details of the buildings.
Have a good day,
Bev :-)

but still just as beautiful as the last street.

Hi Brian!
The architectural design of these houses reminds me of San Francisco. I almost have the same shot but without the electrical lines in the sky. Love the lighting and the exposition. Very nice capture on this one.
Compliments,
Matt
