i'd prefer an horizontal framing rather than a square format, but still a nice composition with interesting play of silhouettes and great warm colours

Hello Karina,
I like the warm tones of colors! I think you could have easily crop some of the sky to make sure you picture has an horizontal shape. I have nothing against square framing, but it takes a subjects that fits well...

Hi Karina, I was about to say welcome to TE (because you only have 15 pictures posted and it's the first time I see you here) but I saw that you are around for more than a year... Well, start uploading those gems. :) You have here a great photo, with great sunset golden colors and a great subject. Three is not always the perfect number (at least for love...) but it works fine in photography. :) Very beautiful.

Hi Karina,

I think this could only be a romantic image if the 3 in the boat were positioned as a rower, and a couple sitting together. Otherwise, I think perhaps the romance is missing!

The image however is beautiful; superb, stunning, warm, intense sunset and a strong sillhouette, both of the boat and the horizon.

I can live with the format; it provides a great deal of that wonderful sky and water so a horizontal crop isn't necesary in my opinion.

PS Just looked a the workshop, and yes, I am convinced that your squarer format does look better - imaging it as a large format postcard in a shop - I would buy it!
