Photographer's Note

This church named in honor of the Three Holy Hierarchs was designed by architect Mikhail Ivanovich Lovtsov in 1907, in the year of his death, and was completed under guidance of another architect, Vladimir Nikolayevich Pokrovskiy. The church was built on the initiative of the Chairman of the City Merchant Society, the first guild merchant Grigory Osipovich Golberg and his wife Mariya on their own land and with their financial support. That is why it is more frequently called as Golbergs Church.

The church is situated at the 1st Cavalry Army Street (former Zaikovskaya, of the stutterers, since 2016 it is named as Golbergovska street), 101. It is considered as a local architectural monument.
