Hello,

Je vous prsente un chteau qui a t maintes fois publi sur TE !
J'essayais un nouveau jouet et la lumire avait dcid de m'offrir ses services ! J'en ai donc profit !

Le chteau de Champvent se situe sur une colline dans le canton de Vaud entre Orbe et Yverdon ! La partie visible de nos jours date de 1250 !
Le chteau appartenait la seigneurie de Grandson qui fit construire plusieurs autres forteresse dans la rgion !
Avec son mur d'enceinte rectangulaire et ses quatre tours d'angle circulaires, l'ouvrage correspondait, dans son ensemble, un type de chteaux forts d'inspiration franaise largement rpandu et introduit en suisse vers le milieu du XIIIe sicle par les ducs de Savoie.

Hello,

I present you a castle which was published many times on TE !

I tested a new toy and the light had decided to offer me its services ! I thus benefitted from it !

The castle of Champvent is located on a hill in the canton of Vaud between Orbe and Yverdon ! The visible part nowadays date of 1250 !
The castle belonged to the seigniory of Grandson which made build several other fortress in the area !
With its rectangular enclosing wall and its four circular turns of angle, the work corresponded, as a whole, with a type of strong castles of French inspiration largely spread and introduced in Switzerland about the middle of XIIIe century by the dukes of Savoy.
