This reminds me of the passages in Lyon for keeping silk dry.

Nicolas, the lantern fixed on the ceiling adds a lot of charm to this covered gallery. An arch leads to another street. Fine colors, good sharpness, amitiι.

As always, your composition is spot on, the repeating arches guiding irresistibly from the warmth of the f/g to the darkness of the waiting doorway.
I'm sure you were well aware of the lovely shadow pattern, revealing the curved nature of the ceiling.

A beautiful view of this corridor. I really like how the light of the lonely lamp is seen on the white walls and arched ceiling. You handled the exposure really well, as the area outside is also clearly seen.

Interesting shot well cropped, I liked the light coming through which guides you down the dark passage in the other end. It's about mood for me with gorgeous combination of glowing light and reddish hues of the interior passage. A gentle exposure between darkest and lightest whereas the toning suggests a timelessness which seems somehow appropriate. Excellent shot
