Photographer's Note
Forsmarks Bruk, Uppland, Sweden, is an authentic mill village of the late 18th century. Forsmarks Bruk, meaning the mill at Forsmark, was built as a model community, a self-contained and self-supporting world. The village, being lined with houses, blacksmiths' forges, schools, and stores, with the church situated at one end and the manor at the other was to reflect the outer world on a miniature scale.
We visited the village for a Julbord in early december, a special type of smφrgεsbord which is the standard Christmas dinner in Sweden and other scandinavian countries. We had come out of the Inn, full and cheerfull to an amazing fog, covering the whole area like cotton wool. I took this photo then and apart from slight adjustments to contrast, sat. and the resizing\sharpening this is exactly as my eyes saw it, almost a painting created by the fog.
