Photographer's Note
This picture was taken on a small town called, Callela. The town is situated about 50 km from Barcalona. I was for holiday in the captital of Spain. For one day we take the train, to go to the Costa's. At the end of the day i found this beautiful spot. There where a lot of little fishing boats. They had very nice colors of white, blue and red.
The weather was very calm. There where small waves and you can see some bouys in the water. The sand was very light, almost white!
I tried to focus on the boat in the middle, to get the other out of focus.
I hope you like it.

I like this a lot, first the composition split very well in to three parts, then the great colours; the ocean looks very inviting with that deep blue hue. Then the position of the boats, i like how the foreground boats 'lines' nether begin or end in the shot. Very good. Well done.

Les couleurs sont pιtantes ΰ souhait et la composition fonctionne parfaitement, malgrι le fait qu'elle ne soit pas vraiment classique avec cette partie importante du bateau coupι ΰ gauche.
Le regard est ainsi guidι vers le petit bateau et vers le fond de l'image : j'aime beaucoup.
Simple mais graphique et trθs rιussi, bravo !

Very well composed, good colours.
The white line from the left matches the horizont, the horizont matches the height of the second boat and brings me to the bouy, the vawe to the second boat, and the shadow back to the first one on the left. And all this on the pleasent background of see and sand.

J'adore le cadrage, avec cette coque en premier plan et l'embarcation entiθre... ls couleurs sont ιclatantes... lest textures bien dιtaillιes (ιcume de la vague / sable)...
On voit le soin apportι au cadrage avec l'horizon au dessus de l'embarcation...
Je crois que j'aurais supprimι la bouιe de flotaison jaune :o)

Very effective composition, Robbert - your three layers create quite some depth here, as does your way of focusing on the boat in the center. The colors are marvelous and I agree that the water does look very inviting. The texture of the sand is superbly defined. Great shot.
