Photographer's Note
another shot of the honeycomb hotel, if you havent seen the first one here it is Honeycomb Hotel
there isnt much more i can say about this shot, its just hte hotel on the inside corner of where it became an L shape
*from original note :
as we were all inclusive each night we had to sit through the dribble some people call entertainment, but at least it was warm outside, and it led me to take this shot.
it is just from where i was sat looking up at my hotel and all of the balconies, i like how they are all the same and the repetativeness, they remineded me of honey comb from the shape of them, hence the name of this shot.
the sun was just starting to go down and cast some interesting shadows over the hotel.
i know that it is not completly central and symetrical, but i like it like this, and i hope you do to, comments and critiques are welcomed as always! thanks for looking!

Hi Steven
I like the alternating, repetitive geometric shapes, designs, & tonal ranges. A superb pov with good sharpness. Maybe I'd increase the contrast slightly, to accentuate the effect?

I like the idea of taking shots of monotonial places and getting good shots. it makes photography more accessible.
I like the geometrical pattern and with Chris I also think contrasts could be increased to get a stronger image.

Very nice shapes, it is a pleasure to look at it. Maybe increasing the light and/or contrasts could make this photo even better, this way, it also works very well. The lines are very good and strong here.

Interesting subject. I think if I would see the building in it's entirity I would not be very impressed. However seeing your frame here, turns it all around. I really like it. The repetitiveness and geometry captured is brilliant.
I could even say you've made a something good, from something bad.
Just one thing though, I think the towels on the lower right balcony ruin your frame.

Hi Steven,
Great idea to take a picture of those balconies! It's just a wonderful abstract shot and I like the warm colours. Very well done indeed!

Hi Steven,
Well, it isn't so good as the previous one, mainly because of missing towels, but it's still very graphical and artistic. Well seen and done.
Thanks,
Marek

Hi Steven! I also like this one, although the first one was better, in my opinion. But this is a very nice image, I like the graphical composition and the shadows of the balconies. The litlle blue towel (I think...) at right breaks the pattern and adds something good to this good work!
