Photographer's Note
The Conference Centre and Concert Hall inaugurated in 1999 is yet another landmark, second only to Gehry΄s Guggenheim Museum, of the transformation process currently under way in Bilbao and where a number of infrastructures and buildings designed by internationally renown architects such as Calatrava with his new airport terminal, Foster with the Subway, Pelli, Isozaki, etc. can be seen.
This building is considered to be one of the most outstanding contemporary works carried out by Spanish architects and resembles the last vessel ever to be built on the site of what was formerly the Euskalduna shipyard.
The photo is the wall that is nearest the river mouth.
Besides the building you can find the popular crane Carola.
You can go for a walk near the river mouth, from the City Hall to the Maritim Museum and its crane Carola; passing by the Guggenheim Museum and the Euskalduna Conference Centre.

We've seen a lot of building reflection shots on TE, but this one stands out to me for two reasons: (1) the unusual size and shapes of the panes, and (2) the fact that the reflections are concentrated at the bottom of the building. I especially like the middle section which has so many different reflections. However, I am a little bothered by the by the left side (on top) and the bottom (on the right), where the lines of the building don't line up with the frame. I made a workshop. See what you think.

Very interesting shot. Your composition really helps the viewer understand the way this was designed. I like parts of Mimi's workshop, the slight boost in contrast she added helps to accentuate the reflections and the colors, I do prefer your orignial cropping , however, which shows the chaos of the design.

very interesting composition... I like the combination of the colors and shape. I wonder if there were more clear glass pieces at the bottom of the building. If possible I would try to capture half photo with clear class and half with painted, but it's just an idea...
