Photographer's Note
We were in Barcelona - Spain last week-end and during the visit of the old city, we took a pleasant moment in the placa Reial. This area is surrounded by several restaurants and bars where you can take a cold dring as the weather is very warm.

A great view, and your angle contributes to make this picture interesting. The palmtrees really brings depth to this composition!

Apart from a tacky greeting card like text on the bottom frame of your image (just my own feeling :)...), I praise a lot of things in your pic.
Firstly it's very well compoased giving a balanced feel : the palm tree seems like bursting over the sky. Also I think the windows on the bottom of the image are a very important feature, they give a rythm to the pic which otherwise would have been too dominated by the palm tree "explosion"
Secondly, colors are top notch, there are a few warm strokes of red color (palm tree fruit) to lighten up the colder blue/white dominant area.
Nicely done overall, just lacks a hint of madness, such as the head of a character taken closely and stepping into the image on the left hand side.
