This one is a kind of photo that is not enough valued here, due to the panoramic format and to its small size, and that only can be enjoyed opening the large version.
Nevertheless, it is a great challenge for the photographers, that we must do an assembly with the photos that we have taken thinking about the result of panoramic vision of a special place.
And it is what I have tried; already I took three photos with the purpose of obtaining this panoramic one of the Plaza Mayor of Salamanca, an authentic architectural marvel that deserves this type of work.

Is important to watch the Large Version.

Information: The Plaza Mayor of Salamanca, besides being one of the monuments summits of the Spanish baroque, is the heart of the city. This Plaza is first of all a point of meeting so much regarding the work as to the leisure. It is undoubtedly the most beautiful of the arched spanish squares and one of the most beautiful of the world. It was constructed between the year 1729 and 1755 by Alberto Churriguera.

It has 88 round arches raised on strong props, adorned in its skinny ones with medallions of illustrious prominent figures of the History of Spain: in the East wing the Spanish kings are represented from Alfonso IX up to Carlos III; in the wing of the Town hall, some saints as Holy Teresa de Jesus and Francisco of Vitoria; in the south side, the discoverers and conquerors; and in the remaining one, the Spanish wise persons. The building of the Town hall is a work of Andrés García de Quiñones.

The whole set forms the quadrilateral irregular one of a wonderful harmony, which produces the golden tone of its stone, and is formed by four buildings or Pavilions:
-Royal pavilion (80,60 meters, 22 arches).
-Pavilion of St Martin (75,60 meters, 20 arches).
-Pavilion of the Town hall (82,60, 21 arches).
-Petrineros's pavilion (81,60, 21 meters).

Éste es un tipo de foto que no se valora lo suficiente aquí, debido al formato panorámico y a su pequeño tamaño, y que solamente se puede disfrutar abriendo la versión grande.
Sin embargo, es todo un reto para los fotógrafos, que debemos hacer un ensamblaje con las fotos que hemos tomado pensando en el resultado de visión panorámica de un lugar concreto.
Y eso es lo que he intentado, ya tomé tres fotos con la finalidad de conseguir esta panorámica de la Plaza Mayor de Salamanca, una auténtica maravilla arquitectónica que merece este tipo de trabajo.

Es importante ver la Versión Grande.

Información: La Plaza Mayor de Salamanca, además de ser uno de los monumentos cumbres del barroco español, es el corazón de la ciudad. Esta Plaza es ante todo un punto de encuentro tanto en lo que se refiere al trabajo como al ocio. Es sin duda la más bella de las plazas porticadas españolas y una de las más hermosas del mundo. Fue construida entre los años 1729 y 1755 por Alberto Churriguera.

Tiene 88 arcos de medio punto, levantados sobre fuertes pilares, adornados en sus enjutas con medallones de personajes ilustres de la Historia de España: en el ala este están representados los reyes españoles desde Alfonso IX hasta Carlos III; en el ala del Ayuntamiento, algunos santos como Santa Teresa de Jesús y Francisco de Vitoria; en el lado sur, los descubridores y conquistadores; y en el restante, los sabios españoles. El edificio del Ayuntamiento es obra de Andrés García de Quiñones.

Todo el conjunto forma un cuadrilátero irregular de una maravillosa armonía, que produce el tono dorado de su piedra, y está formado por cuatro edificios o Pabellones:
-Pabellón Real (80,60 metros, 22 arcos).
-Pabellón de San Martín (75,60 metros, 20 arcos).
-Pabellón del Ayuntamiento (82,60, 21 arcos).
-Pabellón de Petrineros ( 81,60, 21 metros).
