Chill Out Time
if I could have done I would have named this "chill out, chat and watch the sun set" but it was too long ;)
Back to my holiday pictures for this one, and the same place as some of my other sunset shots, we went to this place, the savannah bar - to have an evening meal and watch the sunset, and as you can see we were on the second row!
I like this shot with the almost silhouettes of the woman and the boat, and the top right hand corner is a shade from one of the tables beside me. I like how the ladies seem to be deep in conversation with added arm movements!
i also like it because although i did not change the colours, it looks to be almost monotone, because of the dark silhouettes and the bright sun!
It was taken early evening. and the boat is the same boat from another of my shots!
PP includes cropping. and adding the frame.

I agree the silhouettes are really nice and the hand movements of the girls do suggest deep conversation, I like how you have centred the boat within the women!

Great relaxing shot.
The silhouettes of the ladies and boat are great.
I like the burst of light from the sun and the light on the water.

Beautiful picture, very nostalgic atmospher ;o)...not easy to manage the sun light here, but you succeeded very well and caught a cozy scene.

Another nice sunset, this one as you say with much less colour, and more silhouete. I esp like the womens gestures i..e the one on the rights hand moving asif to emphasise a point. Must be great sitting on the sea front having a meal in front of the sunset.

Another nicely silhouetted sunset photo. I like how you've got the boat, and the person on the airbed right in the centre of the suns' reflection too, it makes it looks like they're sailing off into the sunset. Nice flare from the sun too.

Nice photo Steven, it's a well composed silhouette shot with the people in the foreground, the boat on the sea and the sun shade at the top corner to break the expanse of sky.

Hi Ste. Your Ibiza holiday must have been a heck of a trip, according to your series of photos. Very nice framing here with the girls having a chat in front of the splendid scenery. Good result you got shooting into opposing light, and the boat is very well embedded in the compo.

Well done. I like the composition and the silhouettes. Also I like the girl's vivid gestures that (seems to me) makes a contrast to this peaceful moment. I don't belive they were discussing about nature or sunset. Or better - mybee...
