Photographer's Note

Jaιn is a city in south Spain. It is located in the autonomous community of Andalusia.

Jaιn Cathedral, one of the most important Renaissance style cathedrals, begun construction in 1570 and completed in 1802. It is dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin, and it was built to shelter the relic of The Holy Face, or Veil of Veronica, lodged at the major chapel and that is exposed to the public every Friday.

The photo was taken at Saint Catalina's Castle, a place which can be seen from any point of the city.
