Photographer's Note

A 11 minute nighttime exposure, without a tripo.. just kidding :) taken on a hill over my hometown, a shame I had to include the trees on the bottom, but I had no choice.

The lens points towards north, Polaris (more commonly known as the North star). The star seems stationary from Earth, because Earths axis (rotation) corresponds with the star's position in the night sky.
