Please explain how you did it, from your comment I can only guess what you did. Expose the sky longer, 49 minutes, and a second photo for the lake with 15 minutes? Put together in Photoshop?

I always would like to make such a picture, the main problem being what speed and aperture to adapt. If I look at the stars, you should have had 1 hour on a tripod

Stars are turning so fast that they take the horizon on the left side with them (it is also going a little bit up) ;)

Niezwykle czy odlotowe? Uwzniaslajace czy powalajace? Nie wiem dokladnie jakiego werbalnego ekstermum mam uzyc, zeby powiedziec, ze zaobserwowac fotograficznie takie zjawisko to trzeba byc naprawde, no naprawde.. no byc dobrym po prostu!
Bardzo mala sie czuje pod ta karuzela niebosklonu.. tam nieustannie powstaja i padaja swiaty a na dole taka cisza..

Hi Dawid,
Great exposure to capture the trail of the stars. I once saw a photo of just the stars, exposed for many hours and thought it interesting, but never had the patience to do it myself.
Your photo trumps that one as it includes a foreground of a beautiful landscape. Nice colours that the fall brings. Being a bit obsessive compulsive, i would adjust the horizon so it's level. But obviuosly i'm spliting hair.

What a fantastic idea! I have seens tons of photos of Strbskι Pleso, but this is something different: a long-exposture night shot with a super wide angle lens and star trails. And all this are complemented by beautiful autunm colours. The result is stunning. Congrats.
