- malom energetskom vrijednoscu, velikim sadrzajem vode, malom količinom proteina i masti, znatnim sadrzajem ugljenih hidrata i celuloze, bogatstvom mineralnih sastojaka i vitamina, kao i sadržajem drugih hranjivih sastojaka kao što su enzimi, organske kiseline, antocijani, tanini i dr.
