A street level view of the unusual Pristina Library. The best view is from the belltower of the Mother Theresa Church across the road, which I've already uploaded. Here I like the mans yellow shirt contrasting with the blue sky.

Funny, we are neighbours today and we both show a man with a yellow shirt.
Yes this is a good POv to show us this interesting building and the man with his yellow shirt works realy well for the composition. I like the diferent brown tones at the building and of course the contrast with the sky.

I'm not sure I could describe this building as really attractive, but it's definitely original. The photo is very sharp and the contrasts are superb. I am equally enthusiastic about the yellow shirt.

Hi Chris,
Quite special building. It is made of pretty simple concrete blocks, but how they form those cubes makes architecture of this place interesting. And the extra layer of those brown patterns is quite special.

A very unusual building indeed. The warm colours make a great contrast with the blue sky and get an extra pleasant glow in the bright sunshine. The patterns around several parts of the buildings are clearly seen in this light as well.

Hello Chris,
This is a very unusual library building, it is almost as if it is coated in barbed wire; and yet, it works very well as an attractive surface.
You have chosen a good viewpoint, including two sides of the building, set against the blue sky and with the right angle strongly positioned.
The figure is useful for scale and as a strong placed secondary focal point.

wow. what the heck is THIS??? a Library!? Looks more like an above ground Dungeon or Bad Prison. this is super cool. I bet its a building that many people hate, but not me, its great to stand out and be different, and this most certainly is. so glad you posted this beast. cheers
