Podvarak sa svinjskim mesom.
Fotografije postupka pravljenje podvarka.
Za pripremu jela koristio sam -
- svinjsko meso, kiseli kupus, mast, ulje i razne zacine.
Prvo sam izdinstao svinjsko meso, izvadio iz serpe, u mocu sam dodao mast i stavio kupus, koji sam kuvao oko 30. minuta.
U kupus sam stavio meso i pokrio ga, jelo sam stavio u rernu i pekao oko 35. minuta na temperaturi od 200 C stepeni.
U maloj tepsiji je hleba, namazan mastom, stavljena crvena paprika, kratko ispeceno u rernu.
Za pravljenje jela, koristiom sam iskustvo, koje sam stekao sa pokojnom suprugom.

For the preparation of food I used -
- pork, sauerkraut, lard, oil and various spices.
First I roasted the pork, took it out of the sherpa, added fat in the power and put the cabbage, which I cooked for about 30 minutes.
I put the meat in the cabbage and covered it, I put the dish in the oven and baked it for about 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 C degrees.
In a small baking pan, greased with bread, put red pepper, briefly baked in the oven.
For making meals, I used the experience I gained with my late wife.

Hi Pavle,it seems like you have no cholesterol problems, this dish is very greasy and heavy, but it is certainly very tasty, and the pork dishes are always delicious. An interesting post with all the photographic documentation of the preparation procedure! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Hello Pavle,
Everything looks tasty and I am sure you had a delicious meal. The preparations and ready meal are very nicely presented in the collages of photos. I would normally prefer somewhat lighter meals and lots of complementing fresh vegetables.

Another delicious meal that is making me hungry. Might have some frozen fish with coconut and lime flavour tonight. Easy to microwave. Good sharpness and graphic design layout. Tfs!

Given that I can't eat pork (for medical reasons) this is a pretty evil looking meal but it is a good collage.
