Ajvarusa.
Pogled na pitu ajvarusu.
Za pravljenje pite porebno je -
Kore od testa, ajvar, sir, jaja, spanac, ulje i kisela voda.
Napravi se fil od navedenih sastojaka, parcici kore se zguzvaju, stave u tepsiju i prelivaju filom.
pita se pece u rerni oko 30 minuta na 220 C stepeni.
Uz pitu se jede jogurt i kiselo mleko.
Pita se brzo sprema i vrlo je ukusna za jelo.

Pozdrav Pavle, except the eggs i think that meal should be yummy. The pie contains ajvar made with peppers. It is served with plain yoghurt. The table is well presented. Fine colors, good sharpness, regards.
