Carol the First ,King of Romania,established this University in 1891 and was moved to its present location in 1914.Today it also houses a great University Library and has an imposing equestrian statue of its founder placed in front of the entrance.rnTechnical note: Canon M50 mirrorless , circular polarizer and the kit lens.I have a most peculiar polarizer, a new Chinese company KnightX makes them- they combine a warming filter with the classic polarizer.
