A very atmospheric image, and it captures very well the sense of a town still sleeping. I like the POV and the reflections. Good composition as well. It's a pity the beach is so cluttered, but on the other hand it reinforces the sense of things suspended while all sleeps.

Bonjour Paulo,
une photo qui a le caractère que j'aime bien, elle rend les lumières telles qu'elles sont et surtout restitue toutes les nuances de ce magnifique ciel couvert.
Un excelent POV qui montre la côte depuis l'avancée dans l'eau.

Beautiful scene and very nice atmosphere. I like this composition with a good foreground and the beautiful gey sky and its reflection in the water. This is really a winter mood representative of the season.

Bom dia Paulo, esta imagem demonstra bem o que tem sido o clima de 2008. Espero que melhore para a sessão de amanhã...Sinto falta de luz aqui, mas provavelmente é bastante fiel ao que estava quando tiraste a foto. Gosto muito da composição em < mostrando dois planos distintos e em especial da inclusão deste passadiço a oferecer um grafismo muito interessante. Não costumo pressionar as pessoas mas gostava bastante de vos ver amanhã, nem que fosse só para um café rápido (café magnólia dos Restauradores, às 15:00). Por outro lado, se não estão para aí virados, tudo bem também.
Desejo-vos um excelente 2008. Um grande abraço e beijinhos para a Teresa,

Ominous sky, quiet neighbourhood, time for some reflections. The reflections on the water look as if they're on water colour. I can almost see Teresa shooting at these reflections, which she was so good at. A well done compo. with the pier in the FG & the couple of boats.
