200Th Post&Fisherman of Sea&Sky, a photo from Aveiro, North

Photographer's Note

This is my 200th post at TE in a near span time of one year and 2 months. This is dedicated to all TE Members and also in a special way to other active members that have with their critiques a friendly approach and great help to my improvement and vision.

RETURNING to the post and my choice this is a recent one taken in my Birth Town with more two WS's options and also taken with my new camera in different moods, atmosphere and days. Not Azores or other Series by now. So, I include in the WS's INFO of this page one that is a Seagull squadron flight and the other a taken panorama shot from a South-North Axis near the rocks from here to ESPINHO.

All where options to this post and I also would like to hear your opinion or choice by your critique vision and personal option in a different individual perspective.

INFORMATION Note: This shot was taken two hours before Sunset with medium sun rays near my left and a impressive contrasting blue and withe cloudy sky.

ADITIONAL Technical Info: By PP I used a touch of Lightness, a little smell of Saturation, Contrast and Sharpness after the use of NEATIMAGE in the Sky and also after of the reduction factors to Post here.

ISO=100, Focal Lenght=36mm and UV+PL 58mm Filters.

Congratulations you 200th posting op TE, always very usual good and very attractive for looking. Again a school example how a good photograph presently with fantastic composition and colours. The stones in foreground form a excellent contrats against the wonderful sky.

WOW! The sky in this is stunning and the lighting you have captured is perfect. The foreground interest is equally good. I love the rocks and the footprints which lead to the figure standing by the waves. A really nice picture, Fernando and many congratulations on your 200th posting.

The 200th is just a grand Carper, that is with the low placement of the horizon. Great clouds essential for this one together with the anglers in full swing at the beach. Nice work F. - and what a good thing just walk around in your own town :-)

I like the peaceful quiet mood in this picture. It is interesting to see the line of the foot print on the beach indicates that the wave washed on the beach after the fishing poles were set. Nice contrast with the rock on the side. Another nice ocean shot.

A escolha da fotografia ι excelente com um cenαrio de nuvens fabuloso a enquadrar uma tνpica cena de pesca na praia. A composiηγo estα muito boa com as rochas ΰ direita e o pescador ΰ esquerda mesmo em cima da linha de αgua (este Carnaval dei mais um passeio pela costa e fiquei mais uma vez espantado com os locais ondes os pescadores se enfiam, dentro de αgua e com rebentaηγo forte mesmo nas proximidades - estou a pensar postar algumas fotos que tirei...).
A qualidade desta imagem, assim com das duas em ws (que dariam dois excelentes posts) ι impressionante! Mais uma vez uma sιrie de links de ligaηγo e a habitual nota rica em informaηγo e ainda o map-view (muitos ainda nγo o utilizam...), faz de cada post seu uma interaηγo dinβmica de partilha com os membros do TE.

Esta celebrando as 200 com um ceu magnifico e com cores divinas. COmo se diz em Sao Miguel, tao bonito que tira magoas do coracao.
A foto tma compossicao magnifica e gosto imenso da combinacao de cores. (so uma imressao minima mas parece me que o horizonte esta inclinado para a esquerda.)

Wow Fernando excellent image quality with your new Evolt E 500. Excellent capture of clouds in this beach scene. I see some fork lines in the clouds above and am thinking some plane was up there making some patterns. A very nice scene here with the human element along the shore. Do you know what the poles in the sand are for?

I love the atmosphere in this one, the rock, beach, sea, sky combination is great and the lonely man with the tracks give nice feeling of depth.
Colours are great, with darker tones that I appreciate with f8 exposure.

Hello Fernando, and congratulation for your two hundredth publication.

As you see me also I have evil to come regularly on TE, because the spare time is rare these times.
I like the symbolic system of this photograph, with this vast sky and splendid which gives to their place all the elements which composes our earth, the vast ocean with the waves which break on the extent of the ground strewn with rocks, and the very small man, which seeks to dominate all these elements.
In any case I would like to be at this moment in the place of this fisherman.

Hi Fernando, first of all let me congratulate you on this the 200th. It is a good piece of evidence of how far you have come so quickly. You are always full of kind words for others but I think also of honest critique. And that is exactly what you get back then. I am glad to see that you are still one of the pillars of the TE community. It makes it a place that I like to come back to - although only occasionally (I am more active on TrekLens). My only critique of this photo is that I would have cropped a bit of the top to create a more natural 2/3 and 1/3 balance between land/sea and sky. It would make a great panoramic/large post I think.

Hi Fernando. Lovely composition with a great sky, the diagonal of the rocks is lovely and the vertical rods and the human figure are nice. The sky at some point looks like you have tried to iron material that you should not iron, I mean those lines.

Many congratulations on your 200th post on this wonderful website! :) This is a very beautiful landscape, with an amazing sky and a strong composition. I really like the 'fisherman' standing in between his two fishing rods :) And it's great that you caught his footsteps in the sand so sharply!
The rocks make a strong foreground. Is the fisherman only fishing for seafood, or also for clouds...? :)

A nice seaside scenery shown, well presented with the low horizon versus the sky with the interesting pattern. The person by the water is an essential detail, and I like the tracks on the sand leading to him. Good photo, and I am sure you will bring us at least another 200. Hola Fernando,
I can see this would be a hard choice, in his there is the simplicity of the lone fisherman on the beach with only the sea and sky to accompany him. But in first ws, the lovely clouds are reflected in the water, it's close but I think you made the right choice. Hojper's suggestion was my impulse as well.
I can see that you have enjoyed your 200 posts and that others have enjoyed them as well. i wish you much joy in your next 200.
