The motion blur you applied does the job but I'm all against selective color on a black and white picture. It's overused and mostly kitsch; maybe you could try desaturating the background a little bit in order to bring out the yellow tram.

He observado varias veces esta imagen y siempre me salgo sin comentarla, es un efecto interesante, se parece a los cuadros esos famosos 3D, Ώeste efecto lo has realizado con algϊn programa de retoque, o con algϊn filtro o simplemente de diste un golpe de zoom al objetivo?, el contraste del amarillo sobre la calle en blanco y negro queda genial, interesante obra Ramσn.

pues a mi me parece muy creativa esta foto tuya :) El efecto zoom es brutal y la idea de poner el tranvνa en amarillo potencia la atenciσn sobre este. Muy buena foto!!
