Photographer's Note

My final post of the Lady presented here.

I had a nice human experience talking to her for about 10 minutes... all that time I just kept shooting: my camera is small and silent, and has one of those nifty rotating screens that allows me to shoot "from the belly", discretely.

So it was quite interesting to get back home and chose from dozens of possible photos. I found I preferred the unusual compos and the dynamic movements or eye looks.

I like this one because of the the way everything seems untamed in this image, perhaps because of the tilt and the cut lines and body, with little additional visual references.

And it seems to me that the lady and her house are almost competing to see who presents the best textures, who is aging better, who looks sturdier.
