Photographer's Note
An unusual sculpture of a lizard man made from bicycle parts I spotted in a nocturnal walk around Oslo. My Radison Hotel is in the BG. The red text on the torso reads 'rivers ungdomshus' The smaller writing is in Norwegian and mentions times and dates. The name of the Football club is obscured by the arm holding the object. I did search for the name of the sculptor but had no luck.

Hello Chris,
This is a brilliant sculpture, very cleverly created and worth a better place than in the street where it could be vandalized any time.
"Rivers ungdomsnus" sounded very strange, so I made some research and found that the partly obscured sign refers to "Riverside ungdomshus" (youth house), a municipal project offering various activities and information for people aged 15-22.

Hello Chris, the artist displayed an excellent imagination in creating this sculpture, besides having the right pieces to recycle and create this piece.
The time of day does not detract from your presentation. In fact it probably helps as we are not distracted by the background.

What a fine piece of modern art!
Artists have lots of modern scrap to deal with nowadays and, with a vivid imagination, just look at what is possible!

I liked the use of metal pieces recycled as an artwork. in brasilia art museum I saw a head horse made this way. this is an almost surrealist sculpture. excellent.
