Photographer's Note

Hardangerfjord is one of the largest fjords in Norway. This picture was taken near Edfjord, almost at the end of the fjord, hundreds of Kilometers inlnd. To my surprise the sea water here is no longer salted, due to the huge amount of supply from waterfalls, rivers and melting snow.
The picture was taken around 11 pm. A ferry is crossing the fjord, as it is very often the only way to reach the other side in a reasonable time.
